Behold the blessed medium that is television. Whether we admit it or not, the shows we watch give us something to look forward to, something to talk about, and something to obsess over. And if there's one thing I do best, it's obsess. The following is a brief (or not-so-breif) commentary on the shows I watch and love. Bear with me..

The Soup

10

This happens to be my favorite show on TV. I love watching The Soup and quoting Joel. To me everything they do is fun, and I always look forward to seeing what they say about shows I don't even watch. I give it a ten because its sarcastic, bite-my-ass humor is right up my alley ^____^

Best Week Ever

10

If The Soup was number one on my favorite shows list, then Best Week Ever would be the close runner up. They have the same type of humor only with a few more sort-of celebrity hosts ^_^

CSI

10

CSI is a show that I enjoy watching because it's hit and interesting. It doesn't hurt that it makes me feel smart ^_^. I think it blends smarts with a tiny interest in the characters, and that makes it a great show.

CSI: Miami
10

Considering how big of a CSI fan I am, it follows that I love CSI: Miami. This show is slightly more intense than its predecessor. There's very little joking around (some but not as much), and the team really has a 'take no prisoners' attitude. All I can say is, Heratio can protect me any day.

CSI: NY
10

CSI: NY is a lot like CSI: Miami. Andy why shouldn't it be? The two shows cross over a lot of times, so they'd have to be compatible. CSI: NY can stand alone with its humor, wit and drama. I find the NY team to be a bit more approachable, because I could actually see myself talking to these people on a subway or something. Weird O_o

Gilmore Girls
8.5

The gilmore Girls are just plane fun. The girls defy all laws of physics with their enormous appetites, yet they never gain a pound. They're always healthy, beautiful and smart...well..most of the time ^_~. Even so, I wouldn't mind being a Gilmore Girl.

Survivor
7.9

I'm not really much of a Survivor fan. I watch the show with my parents. But I still watch it. It gets high ratings for the drama factor alone. And you'll be trying to sing that catchy theme song for days after you've watched the show =___=

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition
8.9

I could say that EM: Home Edition caught my eye because it was people at the top of their game helping other people that really needed the help. But the truth of the matter is, I tuned in to see the gorgeous homes and to get a fix of Ty. Don't get me wrong, Home Edition would be nothing if it didn't help the families that it does, but still...^_^

Without A Trace
9.9

Without A Trace is a great show, but I'm not as obsessed with it as CSI and the others. It's a really great show, but for some odd reason, I can't make myself stay up and watch it...I do tape it though, so I end up watching it anyway, just at my leisure -.-

Super Nanny
7

I started watching Super Nanny because it looked funny. Now I tune in to remind myself why I never want to have kids. And to remind myself why I think some people should be sterilized. ^___^ I still think it's funny, but in that mind-numbing, agravating way.

Dune - Sci Fi MiniSeries
9

I actually never did get to see Dune on Sci Fi, but I did buy it on DVD, and as such I do watch it over, and over, and over again. The Miniseries has all the things the movie never did, and it makes the fandom so much more interesting.

Children of Dune - Sci Fi Miniseries
9

In my humble opinion, Children of Dune was almost better than Dune, if only because it really provided more of a conclusion to the story than the first miniseries. I loved the twins, I really got into Lady Jessica in this edition, and I really felt for Alia.

I love the...
10

If there is a 'I Love the--' countdown on VH1, I will watch it..for hours. I will rewatch it when it reruns, and I'll probably watch any second edition that they may deign to throw at us. That is all -_-
