It all began on October 24, 1994. A new show was on...It was called Gargoyles. My old interests were beginning to get a bit dull, especially for my age, and so I decided to watch it and see how it played out. The first part of the show was amazing. These creatures so like us and so amazingly different! Then to feel their angst at being alone...and put under a spell...And then David Xanatos makes his appearance, and utters that famous line...
"Pay a man enough, and he'll walk barefoot into hell."
...I was sold...
So, this is my Gargoyles page. Yes, Gargoyles is a cartoon, but it's such a unique cartoon that stands apart from the rest! It deserves it's own page! Every since I first watched Gargoyles, I loved it. It was an adult cartoon in many respects...it had deep issues that seemed to satisfy the part of me that was slowly growing out of even liking cartoons...But that was way back in the day, when MM's computer was little more than a over-rated solitar machine.
In case you haven't noticed, my favorite character is Demona. Well...my favorite female character is Demona. I love Puck as well. And I love Brooklyn...ok, I just love Gargoyles. Many of the characters apeal to me, good and evil or just plane missguided, depending on who you ask.
