There are a couple of toons out there that I do like other than Gargoyles. Among them are: Thundercats, Batman, Spiderman, X-Men, & X-Men:Evolution. This page is dedicated to those obsession.

Summary
Batman
9.9

Batman the animated adventures was actually the first cartoon series that I obsessed about. I so enjoyed the action and the story lines and everything in between. I think what I loved most about Batman that he was human and superhuman all at the same time. He trained with 1,000 master and bested them all, he wasn't allways the token 'good guy' but, you sure as hell wanted him on your side, and he always managed to get the job done and in the end you'd look back and wonder if he wasn't just a big softie. When the 4th season came out, my zealousness for the program deminished slightly. I had grown to love the realistic way the characters were drawn, and then whoever was in charge decided to change it all. But, I think the reason Iloved this one so much was because he was a superhuman that always retained his humanity in the end.
Status: I own all four seasons of Batman the Animated Adventures on DVD.

X-men
7.5

X-men was allways right up there with Batman. I think I liked them because they appealed to the lonely kid in me. And eventually I just became obsessive over them because I was already obsessing over Batman. What always surprised me was how much drama there was in this show. If you watch it now, you'll see it's not really for 'little' kids. But when I was in my teens it totally apealed to me.

X-men: Evolution
9.5

X-men: Evolution is actually one of the newest cartoons that I began to notice. It was some of the characters from X-men, but it showed them as younger kids and how they grew into their powers. It was a completely different story-line with the same cool characters. I usually say they "Tenchied" it. It was great to get to know old and new characters in a different context, and I loved it as much as I loved the old X-men cartoon. The only difference was this one had cooler looking animation (it was better drawn if you ask me). And of course, the story-line was a bit more current since it dealt with younger kids.
Status: I own all four seasons of X-Men: Evolution on DVD.

Spiderman
6.9

Spiderman was cool because he was the funniest hero I'd ever seen in my life. I would tune in just to see what Spidey'd say to the bad guys this time. Then they showed the Black Cat, and I became a HUGE fan of her as well. I'm no where near as obsessive about Spiderman as I am about Batman, X-men or even the Thundercats, but I always enjoy watching him.

Thundercats
6.3

Thundercats is probably the oldest cartoon that I'm a fan of. It's kind of corny, but I always loved thinking about the universe that they lived in. I'm working towards buying the seasons on DVD just because I've come to love the show so much. It can be corny and predictable at times, but it's still so much fun to watch.
Status: I own the first season of the Thundercats on DVD.

Daria
10

Daria was and still is the coolest cartoon ever. If they still ran Daria on MTV, I'd probably be taping the reruns. I found a type of kindred spirit in the sarcastic cynic from Lawndale, and I loved almost every episode. If ever MTV decides to put the seasons of Daria on DVD, I will most certainly be buying them all...when I can, of course...
